Suki was another rescued kitty, who lived with my mum and dad; she
was a portly lady with some middle-aged spread, although we were never
sure of her exact age. She was diabetic and had daily tablets to control
it - her legs didn't always do what she told them, but she always
seemed quite happy in herself, and that was the main thing. She loved
a nice laid back easy life, filled with plenty of large and regular
platefuls of grub! Food was her passion, along with her shoelace and
pen - that she used to bash the life out of around the floor. Only
in short bursts you understand - plenty of rest and consideration
of the pen was required in between! Sadly Suki became very ill, and
she lost her fight against her diabetes on 10th April 2007. She will
be sadly missed.
